All products purchased through
ClubThings.com may be returned for a refund in new, unused condition
for a period of thirty days from receipt of goods. Refunds will
be issued via the same method as the original payment. If upon inspection,
the returned item is not in new condition with all original packaging
and accessories, the return may be rejected and the item sent back
to the customer.
Defective items may be exchanged for
the exact same size, color, and style item only.
Returns not due to our error must be
shipped prepaid to us. If an item was shipped to you in error or
is defective, we will pay your return shipping costs. We will either
issue you a prepaid return label or we will reimburse you via your
original order payment form for the cost of your shipping. We recommend
shipping via a traceable method as we cannot be responsible for
packages lost, delayed, or damaged by carriers. We will not charge
you shipping for replacement of any defective items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
unless the product is being returned due to a shipping error.
If a package is delivered which you
feel was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, we ask
that you let us know so that we may properly process damage claims
with the carrier.
If an item is missing from your order,
please let us know immediately so we can remedy the situation.
We follow our shipment insurance carrier and our freight carrier's policies for the time frame when a package can be considered lost in transit. If an shipment is lost in transit, a refund or reshipment will be processed only after the customer completes our shipment insurance carrier's claim form and provides any information requested by them to process the claim. In most cases, customers will not need to wait for the carrier to actually process the claim for a refund or reshipment to be completed by us directly.

CERTAIN ITEMS WE OFFER CARRY THEIR
OWN SPECIFIC WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES WHICH DIFFER FROM THE
POLICIES ABOVE. ALL SUCH ITEMS WILL BEAR A LINK TO WARRANTY/RETURN
INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE FOR THAT ITEM.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Please send an e-mail via our Contact Form describing why you wish to return the item(s), and the condition
of the product(s). Please include item product codes as listed on
your packing slip, and your original order number. We will respond
with a return authorization code, which must be indicated clearly
on the return package, and additional return and shipping instructions.
Returns received without a return authorization number will not
be accepted. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your return
request. If you do not receive an e-mail response within 48 hours,
you may call us for assistance at (888) 441-3959 toll-free within
the United States or at (323) 805-0210 from outside the USA. In
order for us to provide you with the best customer service, we ask
that you please first send your return request via e-mail.
We are happy to accept returns on gifts
per the conditions stated above. Please follow the directions above
for sending a return request, and indicate you are the gift recipient
rather than the purchaser. We will issue a store credit to the gift
recipient only. We do not currently offer an exchange or refund
policy for gift orders.
Some items are shipped from various
distribution centers and your order may be shipped in multiple packages
on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping charges
for multiple shipments. Backordered items will ship as soon as possible.
You will be e-mailed if there is an extended delay in our ability
to ship an item and you will be given a choice to cancel the backordered
items or continue waiting for them to be available.
Once submitted, orders are not cancelable
unless the item is backordered. By submitting an order, you are
confirming that you have reviewed the order details and agreed with
all charges and policies. If you refuse an order shipment with the
carrier, we will refund you for the products upon their return to
us but not for shipping charges. Our backorder notification will
provide directions on how to cancel backordered items.
