We used to have a shipping clerk who everytime he picked up one of the Gayfest CDs would scream out "We're having a Gayfest, we're having a Gayfest, woo hoo!", so everytime we see one of the CDs in the series, we can't help but grin.

OK, enough sharing... here's the 2004 edition of the UK label Klone's popular euro-trance/euro-NRG series. Disc one features all Extended Full-length remixes, while the second disc is a special "Wet & Wild Megamix" by the legendary Wayne G, best known as the DJ for UK club Heaven. This compilation features exclusive mixes by the Sleazesisters, Panik Brothers, Paul Masterson, Futureforce, Flip & Fill, and Wayne G himself. Includes remakes of artists like Sylvester, Kate Bush, Sister Sledge, Abba, and the Eurythmics. Overall, we found the mixes here to be much better than many of the bad NRG remakes that exist out there. We particularly like the remix of Mary Kiani's club hit "I Imagine", and the hauntingly good remake of the Eurythmics' hit "Love Is A Stranger".
