Disc One ranges from 127-129 BPM (Beats per minute) for a great warmup, while Disc Two increases the momentum by slowly rising from 132 to 140 BPM from beginning to end.

Among the 24 tracks in this non-stop mix are such established dance hits as Inaya Day's "Nasty Girl", Reina's "If I Close My Eyes", Eric Prydz' "Call On Me", and Lasgo's "Surrender", plus new hits from Bastian Bates, Michael Gray, Stonebridge, Aubrey, and more. While some of the tracks are not the newest or freshest dance tunes, this CD serves its purpose wonderfully to energize and revitalize you for a great workout.
