Each panel consists of two layers: a top sheer rainbow layer made of 50% polyester/50% nylon, and a solid blue layer for privacy, made of 60% cotton/40% nylon. The liner layer is sewn together at the top of the curtain but hangs loose and separate from the sheer rainbow layer. Dry clean only.
