Oh yeah! The label that brought you last year's two most essential circuit mixes, Abel's "Alegria" and Tony Moran's "Tour De Beats", now unleashes another of the circuit's top DJs, Manny Lehman, in his own 2-disc non-stop mix. This collection has two distinct themes: Disc One is the "Big Room Session" and is peak-hour energetic dance music as you would hear at the height of the party (starting with lots of vocals and quickly descending into fierce tribal beats), while Disc Two is the "Tribal Session" and features even more of the darker, hard & heavy tribal sound that is still the definitive style for late-night afterhours parties that go to dawn or later. This collection, FREEDOM, takes its name from New York City's Freedom Party, a Gay Pride weekend event held on the Chelsea Piers. While the 2005 Freedom Party NYC comes months after this release, Manny still chose this name because it expresses "the sole purpose of his career... Freedom through music". Featuring 2 original singles by Manny Lehman (including a collaboration with performance diva FLAVA), unreleased material, and the latest international progressive tribal club bangers, FREEDOM is all about the celebration of life, togetherness and MUSIC, and this 2-disc set lets you bring home all the excitement of the nation’s top circuit events.
